This Mind-Body Skills Group is held once a week for eight weeks, teaching participants techniques for self-care and self-awareness. We share together in a warm and nurturing environment and learn about meditation, guided imagery, biofeedback, self-expression, mindful eating, and movement. During the Coronavirus pandemic, I will be facilitating these groups virtually via Zoom. Pre-registration is required and I interview each registrant prior to official acceptance to the group.
