These mindfulness sessions are led by Dr. Manizeh Mirza-Gruber for groups and individuals. Mindfulness has been shown to relieve stress, anxiety, and depression, and facilitate healing and well-being. Please fill out the contact form to inquire about sessions.

Fee Schedule for Mindfulness Sessions:

Individual Mindfulness Session: $200 (60 minutes)

Individual Mindfulness Session: $150 (45 minutes)

Individual Mindfulness Session: $100 (30 minutes)

Each workshop has a unique theme focused on mind-body-heart practices for self-care, self-awareness, and healing. Through guided meditations, teachings, experiential practices, and sharing, you will experience the benefits of connecting within yourself to find ease and well-being. Workshops are not formal mental health therapy.

Details

The workshops are 60, 90, and 120 minutes in duration and applicable for a varied group of people from schools, businesses, healthcare, parents, students—anyone! The workshops are facilitated in person and virtually via Zoom. Pre-registration is required.

Mind-Body Skills Groups

Mind-Body Skills Groups are educational and supportive groups built upon developing self-care skills but are not formal mental health therapy. Each participant will be able to integrate these tools into their daily life and experience the benefits of being “Mindful In Practice”.

Details

Mind-Body Skill Groups are held once a week for six, eight or ten weeks, teaching participants techniques for self-care and self-awareness. We share together in a warm and nurturing environment and learn about meditation, guided imagery, biofeedback, self-expression, mindful eating, and movement. These groups are facilitated in-person and virtually via Zoom. Pre-registration is required. Each participant is interviewed individually by me, prior to signing on as a paid registrant.
