Testimonials
"Since I was new without exposure to mindfulness practices, I found Dr. Mirza-Gruber’s beginners class very interesting, informative and welcoming. She patiently explained much of the history of mindfulness as well as everyday practices. Most anyone could benefit from this class". —Bridgett
"In the spring of 2022 I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to experience Manizeh Mirza-Gruber's 4-week course on the Teachings and Practice of Mindfulness. Held at the always wonderful Institute for Spirituality and Health, this beautifully designed course brought the teachings to life and gave space to dive into mindfulness practices and to engage in self inquiry. Manizeh's calm presence exemplifies mindfulness; having her as my teacher felt like a true gift". —Kat
