Introducing the Mindfulness With Manizeh Workshop Series
Are you curious about living mindfully and how you can incorporate simple mindful moments into your daily life and feel more at ease?
In this workshop series, learn how to bring mindful awareness to everyday tasks through gentle practices that will enhance your wellbeing—explore the many benefits of cultivating mindfulness with guidance from Dr. Manizeh Mirza-Gruber, M.D.
Mindfulness is a 24-hour practice, both on and off the meditation cushion. Learning to live mindfully is known to benefit our emotional, mental, physical, spiritual health.
In this series, become familiar with mindfulness teachings. Be gently guided through meditations and mind-heart-body practices of movement, breathwork, writing, expressive arts and crafts. We will connect with ourselves and others in a warm space of belonging and caring.
Manizeh invites you to sign up for each workshop as each month will engage in a different activity showing how you can practice mindfulness in gentle ways—if you prefer feel free to sign up for what speaks to you. Whether it is one or more workshops, you will leave noticing the benefits of mind-body connection.
Plant-based snacks and tea will be provided. (We will practice mindful eating!)
