Rest, Play, & Stretch Mind-Body Skills Workshop
Rest, Play, and Stretch Returns!
Virtual Workshop | July 13th | 10 AM — 1 PM
Neuroscience continues to demonstrate the importance of rest, play, and stretch for our body-mind-heart-spirit.
I know for myself, some days can be demanding, unsettling…others more joyful and fun.
It’s easy to forget the essence of PLAY…not finding moments to REST…stuck and not realizing that a STRETCH can allow for space.
So, let’s gather…find ease and calm, be playful!
I invite you to join me for a meaningful workshop where we will share mind-body-heart practices for Rest, Play, and Stretch…
Let’s allow our body to Rest, our heart to discover Play, and Stretch our mind to notice the goodness that resides within.
Will you join me? It’s easy…YES!!!
Through experiential practices of drawing/coloring, writing, mindful movement, short teachings, guided meditation, sharing, and time for question/answer, we will experience the timeless benefits of connecting to ourselves and others, and finding ease in Rest, Play, and Stretch.
No prior experience of meditation is required. You are welcomed just as you are.
I look forward to sharing this time for REST, PLAY, and STRETCH with you!
Zoom link to be shared after you register.
Registration ends Saturday, July 12, at 12 PM CT.
